Railway Kavach Tower Foundation Project for 40 mm Lattice Towers
Stallion Power Infra Private Limited successfully executed the
Survey, Foundation Construction and Allied Civil Works
for 40 mm Lattice Towers associated with the
Railway Kavach Automatic Train Protection (ATP) System.
The project involved the construction of robust and accurately aligned tower foundations
to provide a stable structural base for the installation of Kavach equipment and associated
railway signalling infrastructure.
The foundation works included detailed site survey and setting out, excavation,
reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, curing, foundation bolt installation,
backfilling and finishing activities. Special attention was given to maintaining
the required foundation dimensions, reinforcement arrangement, tower alignment
and embedded component positioning in accordance with approved drawings and
railway specifications.
The project was executed with a strong focus on structural stability, construction
quality, safety and precision. The completed foundations provide a durable and
reliable base for the subsequent erection of Kavach lattice towers and installation
of associated signalling and communication equipment, contributing to the development
of safer and more reliable railway operations.
Project Scope
- Detailed site survey, setting out and marking of Kavach tower foundation locations.
- Site preparation and excavation for 40 mm Lattice Tower foundations.
